My health coaching program is customized & individualized to your needs and to what goals you are looking to accomplish for your health and overall lifestyle. I offer monthly programs and 6 month programs based on what works best for your goals.

  • Handouts, worksheets, recipes and individualized recommendations

  • 4 Day Beat the Bloat Workshop

Before our first session

You will complete a new client form to review your current health goals and habits.

In the initial consult

We will go over your current lifestyle, habits and concerns and we will customize a plan for you.

In the follow up session

I will make 1 to 3 recommendations that will help move you towards your goals. There will be fun “homework” assignments to work on in between sessions. We will also go over progress and areas that you are still working on. Accountability will be key and you will be given the support and guidance to help you move forward in your goals. There will be handouts, worksheets and recipes and tailored recommendations for your individualized goals. 

In the final session

We will review your progress and i will provide recommendations to help you continue your progress.
